Shanna Kelly

Shanna Kelly is the founder and editor of The Handwritten Edit. Originally from New Jersey, Shanna is The Boston Globe’s mobile applications producer where she manages the Globe’s app and push alerts. She also covered the 30th anniversary of Boston Fashion Week for the Globe.
Shanna has a certificate from Parsons School of Design after completing courses in Fashion Industry Essentials. Before that, she received her master’s degree in journalism from Columbia University and her bachelor’s degree from James Madison University’s Honors College where she studied journalism, Spanish, and translation and interpretation.
With The Handwritten Edit, Shanna is looking forward to combining her background in journalism and writing with her love for style.
